RANGE AND OUTLIERS

RANGE AND OUTLIERS

RANGE= To find the range in a group of numbers 4, 5, 14, 12, 3, 9, 7, 44, 17 you take the largest number witch is 44 and subtract the smallest number witch is 3    44 - 3 = 41     and 41 is your range.

OUTLIERS= To find the outlier in the same group of numbers 4, 5, 14, 12, 3, 9, 7, 44, 17  the number 44 is your outlier because it is the most farthest apart then all the rest.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF AN OUTLIER IN A SET OF DATA

Great Job Mikaela!
I thought you did a good job of getting all the information down that we got and also you put colour into the blog.
For next time you can probably think of adding a picture or video!
Other than that .. good job !
